Why should you consider this opportunity? 

As the Cosentino Showroom Specialist you will assist with the day to day operations in the Cosentino City. Your daily tasks will include guest relations, customer service assistance, consultations and, events coordination.  The goal is to identify and generate sales leads and then partner with the local sales team, which allows them to follow up on the leads and convert into sales and projects. You will also be assigned local accounts that you will manage and generate revenue from. 

You Will also play a key role on enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries (builders, architects, designers, commercial, etc.). 

In this role, you will proactively reach out to clients in order to achieve individual and team goals. 

Your ability to network and find business through events hosted at our City Center and showrooms are an integral key part of this role.

Please see Duties & Responsibilities below for more detailed tasks. Our ideal candidate will come with design and/or sales experience within the building materials industry who also has experience with using Salesforce along with sound administrative experience. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – SHOWROOM SPECIALIST

–    Welcome every customer and provide the best customer experience, with the goal of developing long term relationships and foster brand loyalty.

–    Provide the Cosentino experience to all walk-ins & customers who visit our City.

–    Provide support by either face-to-face, over the phone, video calls or via email to better educate customers on the benefits of our Cosentino brand.

–    Work with the sales team to increase traffic within the showroom and convert leads into sales.

–    Register visits and leads in Salesforce.

–    Filter the leads of the Center via phone call and only forward the ones with potential.

–    Manage and maintain the showroom: this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, attending visitors daily and during events.

Organization and Administration Responsibilities: 

–    Filter the leads of the Center/City Center via phone call and only forward the ones with potential.

–    Organize and plan events in advance, coordinating content and making sure we have qualified attendees.

–    Responsible for execution of events: invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, mailing. 

–    Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce 

–    Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition: this includes, but not limited to the cleanliness of all furniture, equipment, supplies and placing marketing materials. 

–    Manage and maintain the showroom: this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, attending visitors daily and during events. 

–    Manage the administrative tasks required for suppliers. 

–    Support the CSRs with pick up orders (only Centers). 

–    Perform and keep records of documents in the Center according to its needs. This includes but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices, credits, tax certificates and customer payment records (only Centers).

KNOWLEDGE

Required

Proven Success in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service 

Knowledge and, even more important; a passion for the world of interior design. A strong desire to reach commercial (team) goals, therefore you need to be a team player and seek relevant commercial opportunities. 

Desired

Strong administrative skills and preferably experience with Salesforce or some other CRM system.

Be knowledgeable of the construction industry is a plus.
